08 Apr 2022 --- Antalis has agreed to acquire BB Pack Group in Germany, a packaging solutions provider specializing in the e-commerce sector, including BB Pack, cr8 Packaging and Printmate. The paper and packaging solutions distributor says the move will expand its footprint in the fast-growing packaging market. The offer is subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions precedent, including the approval of the German competition authority.
