11 Mar 2022 --- Finnish paper mill giant UPM is “unreasonably” refusing to negotiate collectively with its workers and attempting to deteriorate working conditions for its employees, alleges trade union IndustriAll Europe. Many of the company’s staff, who number around 18,000, have officially been on strike since the beginning of the year, which could continue into April unless an agreement is reached.
