The SMC College of Dairy Science has designed and developed several state-of-the-art equipment for mechanised production of value added Traditional Indian Dairy Products (TIDP) like Basundi, kulfi mix, kheer, khoa, peda, thabdi, burfi, gajar halwa, dudhi halwa, and halwasan with better hygienic, rheological qualities and improved shelf-life at lower cost of processing.
