Phaedra Beauty, founded by celebrity make-up artist Phaedra L. Williams renowned for her expert color matching for a variety of complexions and custom-blending, has re-launched her products with new packaging. Williams launched Phaedra Beauty more than 10 years ago from her leisure Los Angeles-based studio where she spent years developing and custom-blending foundations and pressed powders for clients who found other make-up brands were missing the mark when it came to matching hues for olive and darker skin tones.
