The HPP solution from Thyssenkrupp is delivered using only water in high-pressure tanks, where pressure reaches 6000 bar. The HPP systems delivers a product that is fresh, bacteria free and flavorful. Druffel, Senior Sales Engineer, told WorldPackagingOnline about this emerging technology with “potential.” Its application will be largely in fruit juices, smoothies and ready to eat meals.
