ProSweets 2023: PackEx discusses potential for sustainable cardboard packaging

PackEx’s business development manager, Boris Schließmann, notes that the company’s customers increasingly want to replace plastic packaging elements with cardboard to ensure the finished product consists of one material, making it easier to recycle. The company focuses on smaller orders to ensure no packaging materials go to waste, using its laser-cutting technology to combine orders for different customers which increases processing speed.
